Pacesetter Founder Turns Reins Over to Daughter

Aviva Leebow is succeeding company founder Steve Leebow as the CEO of Pacesetter Steel Service. The Kennesaw, Ga.-based company is North America's 34th largest service center, with 2013 revenues of $282 million. The announcement was made on the 37th anniversary of the company’s founding.

"Aviva has the people and leadership skills, the know-how and the technological expertise to transform our company for the future," says Steve Leebow, who will remain with Pacesetter indefinitely as its chief operating officer.

Aviva Leebow began her career with Pacesetter after graduating from the University of Baltimore Law School in 2010. In her former role as executive vice president, she developed and led business growth strategies. "Our company was founded with a people-centric focus and will forever center on people," she says.
