Leeco Steel to Open in South Dakota
 
Leeco Steel, an O’Neal Steel subsidiary, will expand to South Dakota, the company has confirmed. Leeco Steel is a steel plate specialist headquartered in Lisle, Ill.

The new facility will be located in the Sioux Falls area in the southeastern corner of the state. Other details of the new operation have not been confirmed, but are expected to be announced in August, says Leeco Steel’s Ellen Shafer.

Leeco Steel currently operates 12 facilities, including nine in the U.S., plus branches in Hamilton, Ontario; Monterrey, Mexico; and Santiago, Chile.
