Kelly Pipe CEO Gross Retires

Leonard Gross has retired as president and CEO of Kelly Pipe Co., Santa Fe Springs, Calif. He spent more than 40 years in the plumbing and piping industry, including the last six in charge of North America’s 25th-largest service center company.

Under Gross’s leadership, Kelly Pipe grew from nine locations to its current 15 facilities in the U.S., Canada and Colombia. Kelly Pipe employs more than 250 people, with annual sales of more than $560 million.

Steve Livingston replaced Gross as president and CEO, effective Jan. 1. Livingston joined Kelly Pipe in 2003 as Denver branch manager, and was serving as executive vice president of the Central Region. Kevin Roberts, branch manager in Houston, has been promoted to replace Livingston.
