People on the Move

Pam Heglund has been appointed president of Mill Steel Co., Grand Rapids, Mich. Heglund has spent 15 years with North America’s 22nd-largest service center company, the last five as vice president of sales and company partner. She becomes the third-generation leader of the company, following company founder Harry S. Samrick and her uncle, David S. Samrick, who continues as Mill Steel’s CEO and chairman.

Eric Grabowski has joined Marmetal Industries LLC in a business development capacity. Marmetal is a nonferrous distributor based in Hatboro, Pa.

Ryerson Holding Corp., Chicago, has promoted Leong Fang to executive vice president of operations. He adds the title to his responsibilities as Ryerson CEO, Asia.

Greg Smith has been promoted to vice president of engineering for the Bradbury Group. He will be responsible for research and development, as well as setting the global engineering direction for the Moundridge, Kan.-based company.

Fred Puzon has joined MC Machinery Systems, Wood Dale, Ill., as national sales manager. He will be responsible for managing all sales and product development activities in the company’s Machining Technologies Department.
