Joe Klein has resumed leadership of Klein Steel Service, Rochester, N.Y. The company chairman has added the duties of president and CEO, replacing Todd Zyra. Additionally, Jim Sloan has been promoted to director of integration and compliance and Paul Labella is now director of operations for the service center company.

Janeth Villalobos has been promoted to vice president of administration by Chicago Tube & Iron Company, Romeoville, Ill. She will oversee the company’s human resources, quality and safety functions.

Tom Bobish has joined NBM Metals, Inc., Houston, as vice president of operations. Bobish has more than 15 years of experience in the metals industry, including the last nine with PMX Industries, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

David Miles has been named president of Simonds Saw, Fitchburg, Mass. He succeeds Ray Martino, who will continue to serve as CEO of Simonds Saw and president and CEO of Simonds International.
