Steve West has been promoted to vice president of engineered products at Chicago Tube and Iron Company, Romeoville, Ill., effective Jan. 1. West will be responsible for growing sales and improving production efficiency for general line fabrication, laser, production cutting and power at CTI facilities in Romeoville, Locust, N.C., and Owatonna, Minn. Also, Raul Saucedo has been promoted to the newly created position of operations manager of CTI’s Romeoville warehouse effective Jan. 1.

Martin Ginsburg has retired from Merfish Pipe & Supply, Houston, after 34 years in the sales department for with the distributor.

Kent Brown been appointed president and CEO of O’Neal Manufacturing Services, Birmingham, Ala. Current president Larry Whitehead will remain until Dec. 31 to ensure a smooth transition.


The Wagner Companies has hired Michael Dover as the new president of the Milwaukee-based manufacturer of architectural railing systems and custom metal products. Dover replaces former president Rick Kettler, who retired after 18 years with the company.
