Expansion for Russel Metals

Russel Metals Inc., Mississauga, Ontario, will open a new 20,000-square-foot service center in Terrebonne, Quebec. The new service center will be operated by Acier Leroux, a division of Russel Metals.

The Quebec service center network is currently supported by a 450,000-square-foot operation in Boucherville and allows Acier Leroux to provide same-day service to all parts of the province. The company operates 14 locations in Quebec.

"We are pleased to be building on our extensive Acier Leroux distribution network in Quebec, “ says Brian Hedges, president and CEO. “The new service center facility complements our Terrebonne structural yard and will provide same-day delivery and service for a wide range of products to our Montreal north shore customers, focusing on machine shops and smaller retail accounts.”
