Cardinal’s Medium Racks
Offer Heavy-Duty Benefits
W.C. Cardinal has expanded its cantilever racking system to deliver the benefits of the heavy-duty system to medium cantilever racking. The cantilever system is designed for holding 4-foot and 5-foot sheets of aluminum, stainless and carbon steels, in addition to lineals, aluminum extrusions, bars and heavy structurals.

The height of the arms can be changed through rectangular steel pins connecting the arms to the columns. Adjustments can be made easily by removing the pin with a small sledgehammer. Unlike other systems, there’s no need for welding and there’s no cumbersome nuts and bolts that make adjustments time-consuming. Plus, the pins lock the arms in place to withstand the impact of loading and unloading.

Converting the units from one-sided racks to two-sided racks is also easy. The columns are punched on both sides to allow flexibility.

Tear-Drop Rack Reduces
Hardware, Eases Installation

The new tear-drop structural rack from Kingway Inca-Clymer, Pandora, Ohio, is made from high-strength American channel and angle steel. Uprights are made from three-inch structural steel C channels that have prepunched tear-drop openings on two-inch centers. The boltless design reduces hardware requirements and installation expense.
