PMA Welcomes Trillium Metal Stampings

The Precision Metalforming Association has welcomed Trillium Metal Stampings as a new member. Located in Kitchener, Ontario, Trillium Metal Stampings is an IATF-16949 certified manufacturer of metal stampings, weld assemblies and electro/mechanical assemblies.

For more than 70 years, Trillium has supplied products for the automotive, appliance, construction, electrical, healthcare, locomotive and material handling industries across North America. 

Trillium Metal Stampings' specialties include:

  • Stamping (60 to 800 tons)
  • Welding (robotic mig welding, manual mig welding, resistance welding 75-400kva, projection nut welding, plasma welding and seam welding)
  • Tool & die (design, trials, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance)

Forza to Build Mill in Brownsville

Forza Steel is investing $60 million to build a new manufacturing facility at the Port of Brownsville. The Mexican company, which specializes in the manufacturing of carbon steel pipe, plans to install equipment in July to begin rolling mill operations.
