FIMI Intros New Leveling, CTL Line

Feb 17, 2025 A new levelling and cut-to-length line produced by FIMI for processing ultra-high tensile and yield strength material at high thicknesses is the most powerful yet. It brings together all the best technical solutions developed by FIMI over the years through experience gained over time on different projects.
The main features of the line include a FIMI TDSS System with hydraulic sliding couplings; new debander robot; software and machine adjustment optimization to automate the setup as much as possible; a new hydraulic power pack to optimize power consumption and noise; and a FIMI digital platform for integrated plant management.
The line has a max strip width of 2,150 millimeters and a thickness range from 1.5 to 13 millimeters, with a max tensile strength of 1,870 N/mm2 and max yield strength of 1,600 n/mm2 on total range thickness.
