By on
Alan Oak will become the new  CEO of Cincinnati Incorporated, Hamilton, Ohio. He will assume the position on Jan. 1.

Oak has a lengthy career in executive positions. He most recently served as COO of Rhinestahl Corporation.

“Alan is known as a people leader by putting culture first, inspiring success and high employee engagement,” said Christina March, owner. “His experience, values and leadership align closely with the legacy that we’ve built over more than a century."

Oak replaces Timothy Warning, who had been in the role for four years. Warning, who had planned to retire in 2025, will remain with the company as vice president and general manager, assuming the position from Rakesh Kumar, who is stepping down.

“Tim’s contributions and continued dedication cannot be overstated. Under his leadership, the company has recorded unprecedented stability and growth. These accomplishments include the installation of strong processes, the implementation of new ERP, production and quality systems," Marsh said. "We are naturally excited that Tim has agreed to remain with the company. This will afford a smooth transition while allowing us to continue to leverage his experience and leadership.”
