TRUMPF, Farmington, Conn., has opened a Technology Center in Costa, Mesa, Calif. The 20,000-square-foot facility serves as a machine training and demonstration center for the company’s Western Region customers.
The company’s precision laser, punch and bending capabilities will be showcased in the 13,000-square-foot showroom, which offers guests and customers the opportunity to experience seven machines from TRUMPF’s product portfolio with hands-on training. Guests can also experience the company’s TruServices, TruConnect and TruTops software solutions.
The factory will be remotely connected to the company’s Smart Factory in Hoffman Estates, Ill., making it possible to view additional TRUMPF equipment in real-time.
“We are excited about this new step,” explains Marcel Fink, director of the center in Costa Mesa. “It has enabled us to better serve our customers west of the Rocky Mountains and present to them TRUMPF’s latest technology advancements.”
