Delta Steel Technologies, Irving, Texas, offers several leveling options. Delta roller levelers feature the Hydro-Mechanical System, which utilizes a robust back-up roll support system that closely controls the deflection of the work rolls. The back-up roll flights are adjusted by precision hydraulics cylinders with a position feedback loop. The roll gap is adjusted by AGC (Automatic Gap Control) cylinders at the entry and exit of the machine. Instrumentation internal to the cylinder is used to automatically set up the leveler based on thickness and material yield strength. Operator interaction is limited to final adjustments, the company claims.

The company also offers the Delta Equalizer, an advanced coil-to-coil tension leveling system, and recently added stretch levelers to its product offering.
