TW Metals Adds Two Vice Presidents

TW Metals, Exton, Pa., has hired Amy Trojanowski has vice president and CFO. She will replace Jon Veurink, who is retiring after a seven-year career with TW Metals.

Trojanowski brings a strong background in finance and a proven track record of success, with a wealth of global experience across multiple industries, the company claimed. She will collaborate closely with TW Metals’ senior leadership team on strategic vision, contract development and negotiations, fiscal reporting activities and business decisions in addition to responsibilities for the finance organization.

Additionally, the company has hired Chris Cook as vice president of sales and marketing. He replaces Bob Mraz, a 51-year veteran of TW Metals who will become the director of business development of O’Neal Industries, TW Metals’ parent company.

Cook started with AmeriGas in 2007 and has held roles including general manager for the Propane Exchange division and vice president of strategy and performance. He most recently served as vice president, sales and marketing and mergers and acquisitions.
