Evraz Inc. Canada has acquired the production assets of Western Canada Machining Inc. The company’s Canadian business is a subsidiary of EVRAZ North America. WCM is a high-volume API couplings producer located in Edmonton.

“We are excited to add coupling manufacturing capabilities to our portfolio of OCTG Operations in Western Canada and welcome the former employees of WCM into the EVRAZ team,” says Allan Harapiak vice president of tubular operations for EVRAZ North America. “We also look forward to continuing the working relationship with the diverse group of suppliers and customers that have helped make WCM a successful company.”
