With a full spectrum of additive manufacturing capabilities now available to customers across both companies, this new alliance provides customers with turnkey solutions specific to their needs, the companies claim.

Samuel recently acquired Burloak Technologies, an industry supplier of highly-engineered additive manufacturing solutions. Carpenter’s position as a leading global producer of powder metals and specialty wire for additive manufacturing, combined with Samuel’s manufacturing, metal processing and distribution expertise, and Burloak’s world class additive manufacturing design and development capabilities, offers a collaboration of expertise across all aspects of the additive manufacturing spectrum, the companies claim.
