Kloeckner Metals, a Roswell, Ga.-based subsidiary of Klöckner & Co, has acquired Sol Components, a leader in end-to-end structural solar solutions for the commercial and utility solar sectors. This strategic move solidifies Kloeckner’s commitment to advancing sustainability and positions the company to play a pivotal role in the transformation of the United States into a more renewable-centric energy economy.
The acquisition aligns seamlessly with Kloeckner’s strategy, “Leveraging Strengths,” which underscores the importance of sustainability within its business model, the company claimed.
