Kloeckner Acquires Sol Components

Kloeckner Metals, a Roswell, Ga.-based subsidiary of Klöckner & Co, has acquired Sol Components, a leader in end-to-end structural solar solutions for the commercial and utility solar sectors. This strategic move solidifies Kloeckner’s commitment to advancing sustainability and positions the company to play a pivotal role in the transformation of the United States into a more renewable-centric energy economy.

The acquisition aligns seamlessly with Kloeckner’s strategy, “Leveraging Strengths,” which underscores the importance of sustainability within its business model, the company claimed. By integrating Sol Components’ design and engineering expertise, Kloeckner Metals is poised to create highly integrated, efficient and sustainable supply chain solutions for the rapidly expanding solar market.
