Kloeckner Metals Corporation, Roswell, Ga., has promoted Andrea Moseley to the position of chief financial officer. She will replace Kirk Johnson, who retired on March 31.
Kloeckner Metals’ management board unanimously agreed Moseley was Johnson’s natural successor due to her wide-ranging experience, proven track record of accomplishing complex initiatives and deep understanding of Kloeckner Metals’ North American and international business, the company said.
Moseley joined Kloeckner in 2002, serving in several roles before becoming executive vice president of finance. As part of her new role, she will join Kloeckner’s executive management team with Ganem and COO Bart Clifford.
Johnson spent nearly 40 years at Kloeckner, starting as a staff accountant in 1982 and advancing to CFO by 1997.
“Johnson’s 37 years spent at Kloeckner Metals produced immeasurable contributions to the success of the company and its domestic and international partners,” said Ganem. “We, at Kloeckner Metals, will miss his insight, guidance and steady hand as we navigate our industry.”
