Kotcher Becomes President of Tioga Pipe

Bill Kotcher has been promoted to president of Tioga Pipe Inc. He had been serving as COO since joining the company in 2016.
“Bill is a great leader, skilled businessman, and a terrific person, and we are looking forward to the continuation of the Tioga success story for many years into the future with Bill as our President,” said Andy Keiser, now Tioga’s CEO.
Kotcher, who will be based in the company’s Houston corporate office, is also on the board of directors of Mackson Nuclear, an affiliated Tioga company.
“It is truly an honor to be part of such a strong company with a long history and great teams. I am excited about our future and the opportunities that lay ahead,” Kotcher said.
Tioga is one of the largest material providers of high energy pipe and steel components for applications in the process, power, nuclear and military shipbuilding industries. Tioga supplies pipe, tubing, fittings, flanges and related products in chrome-alloy steel, stainless steel, carbon steel and nickel alloy steels.
