Mollins to Leave Reliance Board of Directors

Former President and CEO Gregg Mollins will step down from his position on the Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co., Los Angeles, board of directors, effective Oct. 22. Mollins, who retired from his posts at the start of 2019, was the 2018 Metal Center News Service Center Executive of the Year. He will continue to serve as senior advisor to the CEO until his December retirement.
James D. Hoffman, Reliance’s current president and CEO, has been appointed to join Reliance’s board to replace Mollins. Lisa Baldwin has also joined the board.
