Ohio Pickling Orders New Gauge from AGT

Advanced Gauging Technologies has received a purchase order from Ohio Pickling & Processing, Toledo, Ohio, for an AGT 800 Laser Thickness Gauge. The gauge will be installed on a 72-inch Wean pickle line and will replace an older AGT400 model that may be relocated to a slitting line.
The gauge will be used to measure various steel alloys and is slated to ship mid-November 2024.
Advanced Gauging Technologies is a manufacturer of non-contact thickness gauges for various processing lines throughout North America with more than 290 gauges in operation. AGT services 400-plus gauges (including those manufactured by our competitors and other companies no longer in business) at 165 service centers located throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico.
