TW Metals has made two promotions to its leadership team. TW Metals is an O'Neal Industries' company.

Bob Pullen has assumed the role of vice president of supply chain. He replaces Bill Schmid, who is retiring this summer after 47 years with the Exton, Pa.-based company.

Pullen, who joined TW in 2001, has held positions in sales, sales management and branch management in Agawam, Mass., and Carol Stream, Ill. Most recently, he was the company’s Midwest regional general manager.

“Over his tenure with TW, Bob has a demonstrated track record of being able to solve complex business problems and lead teams to achieve exceptional business results. He has the strategic vision, business acumen and depth of industry, product, and customer knowledge to lead the supply chain team in achieving our long-term goals,” said Kirk Moore, president and CEO of TW Metals.

Additionally, Renee Burcham has accepted the regional general manager position for the Midwest vacated by Pullen. In this role, she will be responsible for leading the daily operations in the region, driving profitable sales growth and enhancing organizational efficiency.

Burcham has been with TW Metals for more than 28 years. She joined TW in the role of inside account manager in Charleston, W.Va., branch and was later promoted to inside sales supervisor. In 2017, she accepted the role of branch manager and has successfully led the Charleston Branch.

“Renee’s extensive knowledge of our markets and products, along with her strong leadership capability position her well to lead the Midwest Region,” said Moore.
