Steelmart Athens, the latest addition to the Steelmart family, officially opened its doors in November 2023. Located at 200 Dairy Pak Road, a 10-minute drive from the University of Georgia campus, the steel service center is set to transform the region’s steel landscape, operators said.
The Athens location spans three acres of industrial real estate and boasts two buildings with a combined square footage of approximately 20,000 square feet.
Steelmart Athens offers a comprehensive range of carbon steel products saw-cut to desired length and provides unparalleled convenience, expertise and top-notch service, Steelmart said. Many items are in stock or available for next-day delivery. The new location caters to local fabricators, contractors, movie set crews, artists and hobbyists.
Parking at the Athens location is hassle-free, with ample space available on the northeast side of the building. As you pull through the chain-link fence, the entrance for loading steel is clearly marked and visible.
